SUBJECT: Tort Claims Report
1. Attention is invited to the Federal Tort Claims Act (Public
Law 601, 79th Congress, Section 404+ of which reads as follows:
"The Head of each Federal Agency shall annually
make a report to the Congress of all claims paid
by such Federal Agency under this part. Such re-
port shall include the name of each claimant, a
statement of the amount claimed and the amount
awarded, and a brief description of the claim."
2. There follows a detailed listing of the claims paid by this
