This report is being field with the Senate Foreign Relations
Committee by Defense strictly on a clean-up basis as the bill has,
of course, passed the Senate. However, since there probably will
be developments on it in the House in the next Session it might
be helpful to us in anticipating these developments to have any
comments you may wish to make either on the bill itself or on the
attached transmittal letter and proposed report from Defense.
