Nre George Y. Fuller has now been appointed as special
Representative of the Senate Committee on the Judieiary to travel
to Europe to assist this Committee in ratters of migration aamd
refugee proglems. He is departing on or about Sept r 13 and
will be travelling with Ur. Scott YoLeod, Ada nietratc.: Bureau.at
Security and Consular Affairs.
Mr. Fuller is authorized to ow* local currencies from the
Congressional Travel Account 19FT561 to mom official travel
espenaes.
Amended instruction pertaining to Mr. Fuller and Mr, NbLeod
will give amended itinerary and other pertinent information,
