Mr. Hearst wishes one day or so at the end of his visit to each country left u
unscheduled.
Mr. Hearst and staff will have top secret security clearances. Information
and documents to be made available should follow the pattern of treatment for
visiting Congressional groups. The use of local currencies from Congressional
Travel Account 19FT561 is authorised. Mr. Hearst and staff members are
authorized to sign receipts. Use of attache aircraft in accordance with Air Force
regulations 76m68 paragraph 6E Is authorized by Defense. Congressiara1 handbook
applies.
An outline prepared by the Senate Foreign Relations Committee staff for use
of its consultants in their field surreys is being pouched separately.
