From a security viewpoint, it is the opinion of this office
that the classified facilities of the Agency should riot be
included in such an investigation and study. Further, Co
permit such an investigation and study would be a departure
from the policy and practice heretofore followed by the Agency*
Therefore, it is requested that action be taken to exempt the
classified facilities of the Agency from this Resolution.
