1. Attached is our memorandum of the meeting with Peyton
Ford for your information. Please note that in one or two places
action is cant etiplated for the future but on the whole the var-
ious matters have been covered.. Mr. Ford later said unofficially
that he considered all our points pretty well tied up at this
time,
