Chief, Inspection and Review
Division believes that unless the office which is in contact
with 7 disposed to interrogate him intensively regarding these
epe Jaime should be accepted as valid and credited against his
indebtedness to the Agency. The gasoline purchases are supported by what
appear to be genuine receipts and in general. practice receipts for contact
expenses are rarely provided. There thus appears to be no means of disproving
the validity of the claims other than through the securing of a statement
25X1A9a fro the effect that the amounts claimed were not actually expended
for purposes.
