I regret very much the necessity of writing this letter
concerning an unpaid monetary claim that I have outstanding
against your organization. The claim is based on a period
of association with the Agency while on active duty with the
United States Aif Force. The entire matter should be part
of the records of the SE division and I consider it inappro-
priate to go into specific details in a letter.
Briefly, the claim is based on a period of TDY with the
Agency in Washington during the week of 11-19 April 1955 just
subsequent to any discharge from the United States Air Force.
During this time the claim was discussed with a 25X1A9a
who admitted the justness of the claim and assure me o pay-
ment. This was approximately six months ago and despite sev-
eral letters and phone calls I still have not received the
money due me.
Very frankly, I an at a loss to understand why I have
not received payment and to what further course of action
to adopt to settle the matter. Because of the classified
tie advice of any
nature of the situation 1 hesitate seeking
outside party or instigating legal action of any kind. I
have even considered seeking the aid of my congressman but
have no desire to do so if there is any other way that the
matter can be settled.
I will appreciate hearing from you as to what possible
action can be taken on my part to receive immediate r..ayment.
I will take no further action rending you prompt reply to
