SUBJECT: Gifts received from foreigners
I understand that the whole problem of the handling of gifts
received by individual employees of the Agency from foreigners as
a result of their regular agency duties is currently being reviewed.
The tea set presented to me by is currently in the
custody of the station. It is clearly not a personal gift,
but one resulting solely from obvious desire to
fortify his position with the Agency, Will you please advise me
as to the disposition which should properly be made of this tea set?
There is one platter inscribed with air name and that of
Assistant Deputy Director (Plans)
