As you undoubtedly know, the Attorney General has been
delegated the responsibility of coordinating the various replies
made by Governmental agencies to certain Congressional
Committees, with particular reference to the use of WOCs
and Industry Advisory Committees. I have heretofore discussed
with you such replies. I fully realize that you may be unable
to make public any information relative to the activities of
the CIA. For the record, however, so that our files may be
complete, I would appreciate from you copies of whatever
replies you make, either to Congressman Celler or Congress-
man Dawson, in reply to their inquiries.
Such further information, if any, which you are at liberty
to disclose to us respecting the use of WOCs and Advisory
Committees of any kind, will be appreciated.
