The minutes of the 10th meeting were read and approved. 2. It was agreed that, prior to the next meeting of the Working Group, the Sub-Group studying Agenda Item II will arrange a meeting with the Task Force, which is assembling information on career services for the purpose of preparing this material for presentation to the Working Group at the meeting scheduled for 10 January 1952. 3. The balance of the meeting was devoted to the study of OPC recommendations concerning pay for various types of extra-hazardous duty. It was agreed that, in all cases, the term "extra-hazardous duty" would be eliminated in favor of the term "hazardous duty" in all discussions and in papers processed by the Working Group. The attachment to these minutes provides a listing of Working Group recom- mendations, concerning pay for various types of hazardous duty, which is to be circulated for comment to all Interested offices of the Agency. 4. It was the consensus that employees should receive extra pay on the basis of any combination of the attached listed categories, except that in no case should the total extra pay for hazardous duty exceed 50 per cent of the employee's base salary. 5. The meeting adjourned at 1700, to meet at 3:30 p.m. on Thurs- day, 10 January 1952.
