SUBJECT: Jury Duty Summons for

1. It is requested that be excused from Jury 25X1A9a
duty due to the following conditions:
a. He is currently enrolled in the Operations Training Course
25X1A6a at' and has completed two of the six weeks program.
b. Upon completion of the course he will be processed for an
overseas assignment.

c. It is to the Agency-s interest that he not be pulled out of
training for this jury duty.
2. eceived the attached summons at his home on the night
of 19 November 1955 at approximately 6:30 p.m., service being made by a
U. S. Marshal. was then on a week-end leave from the training
site; otherwise, service could not have been made.
