authorised TOT in Washington not in emcees of 120 days between these

Washington or he Intends to get married during that period. The ques-
tion arises as to whither he who allowed the concurrent travel of

her transportation expenses may be borne by the government. However,

any point in the direct route between the old poet and the destination
specified in the home leave authorisation.
