vehicle aao .dent whieh occurred on 18 March 1955 and involved an

Xour attention is invited to the recomnendstir>n of the

for repair costs to the other vehicle. However, alternative
ruling m be to give the driver of the other vehi la t ie benefit
of any doubt for roi:rnburaorentm based on the conflicting statements
of the two drivers involved. Included in the file is a claim for
FOIAb6 reimbursement and three (3) repai estimates submitted by Miss Louise
EMMM driver of other vehicle.
3. It is requested that this office be notified by memorandum
as to the actin taken by your office relative to this case to order
that Pile may be completed..
