1. IG Survey of Reports
It is understood that the IG is concerned about the number of
types of reports produced in CIA. D/GG or D/GP will be contacted in
the course of a survey of the matter.
2. CIA Responsibilities in the Event of a Disarmament Agreement
The Acting Chief/G passed out copies of a memorandum by Mr. Amory
on this subject. D/GG will provide comments relative to the geographic
portion of the ORR mission by CC Thursday. D/GP comments are being
made via a separate channel.
3. Eighth 00/C Refresher Course, 24 June - 3 July
Contact specialists from this course are to be briefed by the
Geographic Area on Wednesday, 26 June, from 1400 to 1700. The group
decided that the Map Library would provide the most convenient meeting
place. Divisions will participate according to their requirements for
domestic procurement.
4. Picnic
In view of the lack of strong interest in an Area-wide picnic,
the group decided that one will not be scheduled this year. Division
picnics may be held as and when desired.
5. PI Equipment

reported that D/GP now has equipment permitting achieve-
ment o "a new level of precision in measurements and photo rectification.
6. JOT Nomination
In accordance with R 25-140, the DD/I must annually recommend
candidates for the JOT program. The ORB Career Service Board will
probably consider FY 1958 nominations from within the Office during
the latter part of this week. D/GG and D/GP will report back to Acting
Chief/G as to whether they have interest.

Since there is to be no test of inter-agency coordination, it is
anticipated that the number of personnel participating will be cut back
sharply from last year's level.
