during December with most of the work devoted to top priority
projects

during the month of December. There are 14 reports memoranda

Considerable time was devoted to nu rcnus meetings and con-
sultations in coordinating activities with Agency and no ..Agency
components in addition to the effort spent on routine functions

these committees, two papers were completed and briefings were
