Dual Compensation Case of
1. After reading over the memorandum for the DDCI via DD/P
from NPOW., dated 18 November 1954, the undersigned added the
following on the pink forwarding sheet:
"Forwarding Note - This case involves technical
problems of a legal and personnel nature. It
appears that the case should be discussed with
the Army by representatives of the competent
offices of this Agency before any request is
made to the DDCI to intervene with the Army".
