The proposed changes to the one-week course are based on comments and recommendations made by several instructors in M(S) who have taken the course. 2. The DD/TR(S) has suggested that all new M(S) instructors be en- rolled and that one instructor be allocated to attend from each of the TR(S) branches until all instructors have taken the course. 3. The operating divisions have expressed the necessity for the con- ducting of an Instructor Training Course of a longer duration than one- week. 4. Returning personnel from the field as well as new personnel have indicated that training in instructional techniques is necessary for any one planning to take an overseas assignment.
