12 January. The first phase of this Project, which concerns
communications training, has been previously reported upon.

has been assigned o Tra ning Development Staff to work on problems
of political and psychological warfare.
A trend has been noted in Basic Training toward more military
personnel in the courses than formerly. Of 38 men in the last BOC,
15 were officers, 5 of whom were field grade.
