Office of Training"
The following comments, dated 20 December 195)4, on subject
memorandums were received by me from Colonel Miller:
"Ref. the att. memo of Col. Baird. In the absence of a
clear understanding of the specific topics of the various courses
which are scheduled for consideration on the days in question, it
is difficult for us to indicate in advance which of the courses we
should visit in furtherance of our mission. It is therefore
suggested that Col. B. make the selection and schedule us to visit
two or more courses during a period of not to exceed a total of two
