1. Wednesday a, m. - Helms informed me that both Campbell
are unavailable for the National War College because of other arrange-
merit which have been made. I called Mr. Sheldon to ask for a decision
on whether will be available. He will inform me by tomorrow.
If is not available., we will take the other names up to the
Career Council tomorrow to get another selection.
