1. Ths "Survey of the Office of tie Oas itrollsr' by the
Inspector General recommended that prowision be am" for %be
integration of statistical and financial analyses with substan-
tive and operational analysis of the AgaLals activities,* It vas
also recommended that the Director establish a colaittse composed
of representatives of the Darputy Director (Support), Deputy
Director (Intelligence) sad. the Deputy Director (Plans), chaired
by the Special Assistant to the Director for Plaiming and Coordi-
nation, to submit recommendations for mewlmaa profitable utilization
of program analysis throughout the Agency.
2. In accordance with the above recommendation, tlrre is
hereby established such a committee, As Mairann, yea are to
organize the ec ittee and arrange aypropriaats studies. Upon
completion of its work, the caamsittN stall submit its reoemomb-
dations to the Director for maximmm praita le ttilisstiaa of
program analysis thraugbout the Agency.
