which was conducted at the request of Co1411*1 Ord with the

the overt and covert segments.

3. The result of the survey is contained in the attached
report and the T/O adjustment of the addition of 40 positions is
recd ndsd by the Management Office as is concurred in by the
Personnel Direector. The Director of Training h concurred.
Also attucbed are the comments of the Controller which, ho ver,
do not contain any specific recommendations.
