together with comments and general approval of Assistant Director for
Reports and Estimates is submitted for your approval.

basis for most of the comments of the Survey is not concurred in by
this Staff. This problem is only one of several referred to in the
Survey and represents only one portion of the operations of the Publica-
tions Division.
