Organisation provides for one Deputy t~.th overall respansibility, an Executive Officer and necessary
clerical eupport0 The emergencay p~.anning function has been transferred to the Policy Staff due to
its aimilari'~,y tct the functions assigned to that staff. One position concerned xith CI activities
has been transferred to the Security Research Staff, leaving a total oY impositions in the proposed
element.
