1. Met with 'William Darden and furnished to him a copy of
the Report to USIB on the Exploitation of Foreign Language Documents.
He thought this would be of interest to the Senate Armed Services
Committee.
2. Frank Ecker. Bureau of the Budget. telephoned to iodic/Yet*
that he was recommending to the Legislative Reference Division that
the CIA letter to Senator Fulbright on S. 211111 be cleared as written
and presumably they would so act. I assured Ecker there was no
urgency on this but we were merely following up.
