Chiet G asked for views on the proposal regarding the establishment
of a Civilian Specialist Reserve, which was circulated to the Division
Chiefs within the last week. The group expressed a number of reserve.

Division Chiefs regarding the steady increase of overtime within M.
Chief, St/A asked that each Division Chief submit a g rand to him
explaining what is done within his division to control the use of over-
time and assure that overtime wnrked is absolutely essential. It was
asked that these memos be sent to St/A through Chief/G.
