MEMORANDUM FOR: All Recipients, General Indicator List
SUBJECT Support for IAC Watch Committee
1. The attached General Indicator List is the basic
document for the guidance of all personnel associated with
the warning effort. To a greater or lesser degree, this
involves all intelligence personnel.
2. It is vitally important that information bearing
on indicators, or indicators themselves, be brought to the
attention of the IAC Watch Committee and its permanent
staff in the National Indications Center.
3. Within this agency, such information should be
forwarded expeditiously through appropriate channels to
the Assistant Director, Current Intelligence (responsible
for coordinating agency activities in support of the Watch
Committee) or to the OCI Indications Control Officer -
INDICO (staff assistant to the AD/CI for Watch Committee
matters).
4. During off-duty hours, or in the event the above
are unavailable, such information should be passed to the
agency Watch Officer ho will take appropriate
action.
