1. GRA Ready-Reserve Listing
Acting Ch/G reminded the divisions that contributions to the
Annual Revision of the GRA Ready-Reserve List are due on Monday, 25X1A9a
3 November. With respect to the problem of listing younger people
who might be recruited at the GS-5 through GS-11 level,
suggested that we utilize Chairmen of Geography Departments to supply
us with lists of their best students.
2. Paper on "Procurement"

Acting Ch/G reported that he and had suggested a couple
of minor changes in paper on "Procurement" which is to be

3. City Plan Program 5X1 Aga
Acting Ch/G reported to the group on the progress of the USSR city
plan program. indicated that the essential shakedown is
accomplished and the program should roll along rather smoothly. Final
clearance is now being sought.
4. D/GL Job Descriptions 25X1A9a
Acting Chief, D/GL, reported that he and are currently
working on reorganization and job descriptions for Information Control
and Domestic Procurement.
5. Possibility of Cut-Back in NIS Work
Chief, D/GG, reported the possibility of a cut-back in NIS work as
discussed at the last NIS Chapter IX Subcommittee Meeting. It has been
suggested by that the Section 19 portion might be deleted
