Following discussion the Committee agreed to formalize
these procedures at the next meeting, after affording the members
opportunity to review them with their agencies. The Committee
directed that review of the NIS Annual on Denmark be handled by OBI
directly with the principal contributing agencies
3., Revision of IAC.D.=45/12
All members reported concurrence of their agencies in the
draft revision of IAC -D..45/1Z, "Procedures for the Dissemination of the
National Intelligence Survey" (refer to Item 3 NCM 274).
The Army and Navy members stated that their agencies had
no changes to recommend in Tab A, "A 59v1 1721 W 2OQ b7itGolled Areas
on which NIS units are not Releasable to The State
and Air Force members said they would not have a report on this matter
before the next meeting,
Other Matters
a.. The Chairman informed the members that the next IP
Exhibit will be held on 18 September 1958 and nominations for attendance
should be submitted to the secretary by 4 September.
b,,' The members were reminded that NIS Forecast proposals
are due in OBI the first week of September.
