The JOTS seemed to be well satisfied with the closed circuit TV program. The two speakers were quite unlike in background, age, and personality and the JOTs were able to ask the same questions and get completely different approaches. We had originally planned to have them both appear for the entire four hours, but for various reasons SR demurred. They felt that there e a personality clash, and also that too many questions would tip our hand to the second speaker who was not aware that he was speaking to a CIA group. Actually, I believe it worked out better to have them appear separately - since in the critique which followed the JOTs were able to compare and contrast the answers which they had viewed. I think that this type of device holds considerable promise as a pedagogical method. I would like to commend for the fine job which they did in putting together what amounted to a jury-rig installation. They had to modify the standard sets they found available, and as I understand it this involved a good deal of extra work on their part. They were most cooperative and turned in an excellent piece of work. t toda and tomorrow to go over 25X1A 2. is a the JOT Ops Course problem with staff. _ was selected-because most of the which the Ops School g 25X1A responsibilities in the wanted checked out were amon CPO&) Course. 25X1A I am hoping that- will be able to take the assignment.
