Dr. Myron Koenig of FSI spoke on Monday, of OCI and Dr. Tom Gladwin of Georgetown spoke on Tuesday, and Dr. W. Lloyd Warner, the eminent social anthropologist, on Wednesday. are nineteen enrolled students and one auditor. So far the course has gone smoothly, with the lecturers handling their contributions 1. The first formal offering of the Introduction to Overseas Effectiveness opened on Monday with a welcome from Dick Helms. There 2. This has become particularly important now because ETS is currently engaged in a research ojeet on language testing for the Office of Education. Seventy-eight people reported for written Proficiency tests during the past two weeks in Bulgarian, Chinese, Czech, Dutch, French German, Japanese, Norwegtan, Portuguese, Serbian, Russian, German, Italian and Spanish. 6.
