1. Two meetings of the sub-committee drafting recommendations
for the DTR on training in Personal Effectiveness Abroad have
been held. Both were extremely profitable. There is a general
agreement both on form and content of a proposed introductory
course and concrete recommendations are now in the process of

1957 (when the present numbering system was started).
3. Seventy-eight people reported for Proficiency Tests last
week in Italian, Japanese, German, Norwegian, Serbian, French,
