DISSEMINATION OF NATIONAL INTELLIGENCE TO
FOREIGN GOVERNMENTS
_1. Attached are proposed procedures for securing
IAC concurrence on disseminations of national intelligence
to foreign governments and a procedure for notification that
approved dissemination has been carried out.
2. The members of the IAC are asked to telephone their'
concurrence or nonconcurrence to this office by the close of
business Wednesday, 2 April 1952.
