Primary rcfcrence has ';cen made to national security policy objectives applicable to the intelligence community as set forth in NSC 5501. 2. The intelli0ence coru:luility was recently investigated by the Clark Tas?1b Force of the Hoover Commission. The fi zdirr ; of the Commission, which are presently under advisement, are not covered or cor:iriented ?n in this report.
