Attached for your information is a copy of State Department
Administrative Circular No. 122 which Mr. Curnrning made available
to the Secretariat at the IAC meeting of 25 June for subsequent dis-
tribution to the members. As you will recall, this circular is
designed to implement certain procedures adopted by the IAC
Ad Hoc Subcommittee on Information Processing {AHIP) which were
discussed at that IAC meeting, and which the IAC agreed to review
again after the presentation of fuxther specific recommendations in
this field by AHIP (IAC-M-295, item 2).
