Noted that we mould soon have to take an Agency stand on -whether
or not MIL should become a member of the IAC. The Director indicated
as far as he was concerned USIL should be a member and fUrther if there
is a split in the Committee on this proposal he agreed that it should go
to the NSC for final decision.
