1. This memorand contains a recommendation submitted for
approval of the personnel listed below. Such reco=endation is
contained in Paragraph 3.
2. By letter C14CC Doc. No. 151X5.1371 dated February 16,
1959, copy attached, Pamo- ooldridge requested certain changes
to the Novetiion Agreement which we recently sent them for
signature. These changes are in the AGREFi T and the second
and eighth WMT.AS paragraphs.
3. Approval of the changed agreement and execution thereof
on behalf of the Agency by the authorized Contracting officer is
receended.
