PAYMR T Pl.AW FOR GENERAL PRECISION LABORATORY, INC.
All payments to the General Precision Laboratory, Inc., pursuant
to contract Nos. RA-1076, HF-6701, ffr-2249, IF-CT-693 and 2I-1461
including interim and final payments for work and services performed
for which vouchers have beft submitted, will be acct plished as follows :
1. Interim and final vouchers submitted by the General
Precision Laboratory, Inc , will be certified for
payment by the Comptroller.
2. Interim and final vouchers submitted by the General.
Precision Laboratory, Inc., will be approved by the
Contracting Officer
U S. Treasury checks will be drawn in the amounts
of authorized payment by the on site Representative
of the Chief Disbursing Officer, payable to General
Precision Laboratory, Inc , and mailed with a sterile
form sharing the appropriated contract number and
invoice (voucher) number(s) for which the check is
in payment.
Checks will be transmitted to the General Precision
Laboratory, Inc., in double envelopes. The outer
envelope will be addressed to:
