contract providing for the furnishing of kits of parts for modification
of existing equipments, replenishment of spares, test equi went, etc.,
as may be ordered by the Project Depot or FOG. Amendment No. 9 has
been dry to obligate funds to cover the estimated a ittments
through 30 June 196000
involving issuance of Treasury Checks being accumulated in a separate
acct within the Finenoe Division. The amounts in this account will
be periodically scheduled for certification of the vouchers by the
Director. This procedure eliminates the necessity for a separate
certification of authority under Section 8(b) of Public Law 1.10, Slat
Congress, (formerly 10(b) - see 85-507 dtd 7/7/58), for each contract.
