to gather information on the degree
to which Soviet investment criteria have been incorporated into
Communist Chinese investment policy, and on the practical rate of
expenditure of appropriated funds over the period of investing for
particular types of projects. This information will be useful in
connection with his currently assigned project dealing with Communist
Chinese investment programs in the machine building industries. His
trip report is in preparation,

space with the loss of Room 1115 Q and is in the process of eliminating
the older files.
