1. Your office is invited to submit requirements for the CCI Periodic
Require ants List on Near Last - Africa
for the period 1 November 1955-29 February 1956. A swVle current OCT
List herewith attached will serve as a guide in the preparation of require-
ments on any of the above countries.
P. If your office is interested in submitting requirements, it should
be borne in mind that they should be current information targets for the
gxaidance of the field and not basic requirements. Where advantageoue, some
background information should be given.
o The OCI Periodic Requirements List is designed to forecast for the
coming four-month period the developments of significance in the particular
area covered and to point up the specific information that is required for
effective current intelligence coverage of these develonts. The Lit is
used as a guide for nd, covert collection and Is distributed to
