1. Following our telephone conversation, attached in a list of
the trading companies for which we dire information. This list incluods
the known addresses of all branch offices of each company, and the personalities
on which we have abbreviated information.
2. The information desired on each of the companies includes:
a. Anyinter-relationshipe that may exist among them, parti ularly
their relationshipe with Farbwerke Hoescht, A.G., including
financial, purchaeing and selling relationshipe.
b. Their major suppliers.
c. Their major customers.
d. Their bank and insurance reterencae,and the oodes which they
use (except where the notation is made that this information
is already available).
e. Their degree of control over branch offices and the king
relationshipe with branches.
f. Vajor personalities not included on the attached list.
3. The information desired on each of the personalities includes:
a. Specific jab title and approximate length of service.
b. Degree of financial interest in their respective companies.
