JUSTIFICATION
Travel is Z or : 4n - kits of evut. ai"zactioa activ-

dustrial establishments and inspection tours of large
scale electrical and power transmission systems. In
additionp travel is requested for analysis to attend
trade association gathhnings international banks5 and
other sources where information on international finan-
cial transactions and manufacturing can be obtained.
TWO European trips will be required in order to attend
the Fourih Congress of the International Association
for Bridge and Structural Engineering in England. The
Congress is at-,ended by experts from all over the world
and it is expected that a t deal of Information cEm
be ,trod regarding types of design and construction
requii-ed to fit varying conditions found in different
