.SU:3JMCT: Reorganization of EDAC Structure
In order to make our structure more adaptable to
current requirements and to carry out our responsibilities
with the most efficient use of manpower and funds, the members
representing State, Defense, Commerce, and FILAC have agreed
upon a more limited organization. The .executive Committee
has devised terms of reference, assigned responsibilities
and defined an operational system for the new structure in
the document which is attached.
It is requested that you examine the attached
document carefully and let me know before 16 November if you
find it unsatisfactory in any respect.
If the revised system is satisfactory, I intend
to instruct the Executive Committee to put it into operation
as rapidly as feasible after 21 November.
