1. Attached hereto is a revised draft of Chapter I, C,
Interior Transport Connections for C .st China's Foreign
Trade for the study EIC R1 , Communist China's 1956 Trade and
the Transport Involved.
2. This revision accommodates reservations made by Dr.
Pollaczek, State, and Commander Hirschfeld, JIG. The chains
requested were deemed minor enough not to warrant calling of
a meeting of the Subcommittee.
