and translation of foreign periodicals and books. The analysts working on the
man Satellites seem to be encountering the sane difficulties in this respect,
though not all at the some time on each obstacle. , This problem is of paint
importance because most of the beat material on the ae* ez of the Satellite
countries is unclassified infor=tioa in foreign publications. The number of
