Because of ARM ro n e igence implications of these talks and the important conclusions reached, the proceedings have been drafted and submitted to the participants for comment, after which they will be published for general dissemination within the US intelligence communities. Trade Branch also prepared a number of miscellaneous contributions. EE Section contributed to the Periodic Requirements List. Mr. 25X1A9a reviewed the Soviet Code of Custom's Tariffs, 1954, at Senator one s office for Mr. contributed to OCI/CID's project 25X1A9a - Mr. "Foreign Exchange Rates of Communist China" and reviewed a paper by Ed Jones (State) on China's Trade at the meeting of the EIC Subcommittee on Trade. Various members of the Branch wrote summaries of the "CIA trade discussions for dissemination to State, and ORR participants in the talks. Mr. gave a lecture to the OTR Course on Clandestine Scientific and Technical Operations on the subject "Role of Technical Assistance in the Bloc Economic Penetra- tion of Free World Underdeveloped Countries."
