SUBJECT: English-Polish Dictionary Project
1. Materials related to the English-Polish dictionary
about which we spoke over the Telephone this morning are
attached.
2. Completion of the printing of the English-Polish
dictionary and publication of the entire Polish.-English dictionary
are in need of a sponsor. informs me that the Depart-
ment of Agriculture cannot subsidize the project. Mr. George-
vitch of G-2, Department of the Army, indicates that his Agency
is interested only in a Polish-English military dictionary and
that a contract between the Army and Georgetown University has
been or is about to be let for this purpose.
3. 1 believe that FDD is the only organization in CIA
hence I shall particularly appreciate your judgment on this
matter. If you think of any other Office within the Agency that
should be consulted, please let me know.
