External Research
I. The External Research Staff, Department of State, is
preparing a quarterly supplement to its inventory of 1953 external
research on Foreign Areas and Psychological Warfare. The
supplement will cover the period I January through 31 March
1954.
2. In addition to the ORR projects included in the inventory
of 15 April 1954, the following projects can properly be included
in the supplement:
